We renovated our one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located in a high-rise building in New York City and completed the project in July 2019. The renovations were extensive, including expanding and reconfiguring the kitchen, expanding the bathroom, replacing one of the bathroom walls with an opaque glass wall, removing the wall between the bedroom and the living room and dining area and replacing that wall with a moveable wall, constructing and installing two office areas, constructing and installing a fold out bed, installing new lighting throughout the apartment, Installing and staining hardwood floors, reconfiguring all closet space and constructing and installing storage areas and cabinetry throughout the apartment. 

The renovations turned out beautifully. Zezula Renovation was efficient and timely while being conscious of costs and minimized change orders. They hired excellent subcontractors and did a good job of supervising the subcontractors. Zezula Renovation stood behind its work and returned to the project after completion to resolve the few issues that arose in a timely fashion."
