Frequently asked questions
What kinds of projects do you take on?
High-end residential renovation across New York City — full-floor apartments, prewar co-ops, condominiums, and townhouses — from gut renovations to focused kitchen, bath, and millwork commissions.
Where do you work?
Throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn — frequently the Upper East Side, Park Avenue, and brownstone Brooklyn, and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Do I need an architect or designer before contacting you?
Not necessarily. Many clients come to us with a complete design team; others come with an idea, and we help assemble the right architect and designer. Either way, we build as a true partner to the design.
How do you handle pricing and estimates?
After an initial consultation and walkthrough, we prepare a thorough, transparent estimate for your scope. We believe in clarity up front and proactive communication about any changes.
Can you manage co-op and condo board approvals?
Yes — we routinely prepare alteration-agreement packages, insurance, and documentation for NYC boards, and coordinate the approval process on your behalf.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry the licensing and insurance required for high-end work in New York City and provide certificates to your building as needed.
Do you provide a warranty and support after completion?
We stand behind our work. After a meticulous walkthrough and punch list, we remain available for support well after the keys are returned.
How do we get started?
