Meet Sam Zezula.
Sam leads a small, senior team and a roster of trades we've worked with for years — the continuity that lets us hold a standard, project after project.
Sam Zezula
Sam founded Zezula Renovation on a simple belief: that the finest homes are built through a true partnership of architect, designer, and builder. For over two decades he has led the firm's work across Manhattan and Brooklyn, personally overseeing the detailing and craftsmanship that define a Zezula project.
Long-trusted trades.
The hands on site matter as much as the name on the door. We work with the same carpenters, stone setters, plasterers, and finishers across projects — people who share our standards and our care for your home.
Built alongside design teams.
Many clients come to us with an architect or interior designer already engaged, and we build as part of that team.
