A full-home renovation is the most demanding thing we do — and the work we are known for. From the first demolition to the final coat of paint, we act as a single, accountable partner: managing structure, systems, finishes, schedule, and budget so you never have to chase a dozen trades.
We take on a deliberately limited number of gut renovations at a time. That discipline is what lets us protect the thousand small decisions — the reveals, the alignments, the transitions — that separate a high-end renovation from an ordinary one.

How long does a full-home renovation take?
Most full-floor apartments run 6–12 months from demolition to handover, depending on scope, landmark/board review, and long-lead materials. We give you a realistic schedule up front and update it weekly.
Do you work from an architect's drawings?
Yes — most of our full-home projects are architect- or designer-led. We also help assemble the right design team when you don't have one yet.
Can you handle co-op and condo board approvals?
We routinely prepare alteration-agreement packages, insurance, and contractor documentation for NYC co-op and condo boards, and coordinate the approval process on your behalf.
