A refined renovation within one of Park Avenue's storied prewar cooperatives — his-and-hers primary suites in honed stone, with tailored millwork throughout.
On Park Avenue, expectations are quiet but absolute. This renovation of a prewar cooperative residence reworked the private quarters into a pair of serene primary suites — his and hers — each with its own stone bath and dressing.
Honed marble, integrated lighting, and bespoke cabinetry were detailed to disappear into the architecture, in close coordination with the building's board and the design team.
