Project
A pair of his-and-hers primary baths in honed stone, within a prewar cooperative on Park Avenue.
On Park Avenue, expectations are quiet but absolute. This renovation of a prewar cooperative residence reworked the private quarters into a pair of primary suites — his and hers — each with its own stone bath.
Honed marble and integrated lighting were detailed to sit quietly within the architecture. The photographs here show the two baths.
